William Labenz, the owner and wood artist, like my father and his
father before him. My family and I live and work in Montana
'Big
Sky Country' where I practice the rich tradition of custom
carved wood that has been pasted down from
grandfather to father to son. We have strong roots in European
woodworking tradition as well as that good old American Yankee
craftsmanship.
Our 'made in Montana' handcrafted pieces reside in both European
and American homes and offices.
Every wood art carving is
made from the finest woods and paints available (truly
handcrafted), not made from plastic or poured out of molds by
the thousands but made to the highest standards of woodworking
and woodcarving tradition by my father and myself.
We guarantee
every item we sell because our name is on it. Pride and
tradition of our art and craft mean everything to my family and
me.
The art of what we do is not just a business but a way of
life and our customer is more than a buyer of our items but a
friend whom cherishes the work as much as we love making it.
We make all our items by hand,
like every carved wood clock, they
are all one of a kind not cranked out or poured in molds
by the thousands. Each piece is finished then it goes on
our web site (unless stated as a limited edition). If
you order it and the piece is no longer available we
will let you know so you can either order it as a custom
order (minimum 6 month wait), or refund the money you
sent us.
(CUSTOM ORDERS MUST DEPOSIT 75% OF TOTAL COST,
NONE REFUNDABLE).
We believe in renewable resources such as
making our best efforts to use certified lumber and
lumber which is harvested in a sustainable manner. We
also plant trees on lands we own and belong and
contribute to organizations such as the 'ARBOR DAY
FOUNDATION' and 'THE NATIONAL WILDLIFE FEDERATION'. Our new
shop that we are building is being built to use less
energy to heat and cool using the best technology we can
find. We also utilize natural light as well as energy
efficient florescent lighting. We keep a foundation in
our tradition of craftsmanship but a dreamers eye toward
the future for better things to come.

RETURN POLICY: Returns must be made
within 30 days of invoice date. All merchandise returned must be
prepaid by customer including insurance back to us, (no COD).
